The first step is to give us a call at (719)-225-0239 and talk to Sterling about what dates you would like to reserve, the cost of your guided hunting adventure, and any questions you may have. We will pencil you in for that time period. Then, print out our simple booking form, fill it out and send it, with your 50% deposit, to us at:

This form and its deposit is due within seven days in order for us to hold your spot.

All balances are due 30 days before your scheduled hunt. Please remember, that once you have scheduled, your deposit is nonrefundable. Any cancellations are due in writing 90 days prior to the scheduled hunt. 

The safety of all of our hunters is our first priority during the Covid-19 pandemic. Sterling Whitaker’s Western U.S. Outfitters, LLC reserves the right to cancel any hunt due to a positive Covid-19 test or lack of willingness to take a Covid-19 test.
